  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
  • We only accept returns for damaged, defective, or wrong items received.

  • One-time exchange allowed if size doesn’t fit or you prefer another item (subject to availability).
  • Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.
  • Customer will bear the delivery charge unless we sent a wrong/damaged item.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days via MFS or Banking Channel.
